799cc Liquid-Cooled Parallel-Twin
Powered by a 799cc DOHC parallel-twin producing up to 71 kW (95 hp) at 9,000 rpm and 80 Nm (59 lb-ft) at 7,500 rpm. The liquid-cooled engine uses an 88 × 65.7 mm bore and stroke, a 13:1 compression ratio, Bosch EFI and a 6-speed gearbox with a wet multi-plate slipper clutch. Its 75° crankshaft is tuned to deliver strong, controllable drive for aggressive off-road riding.
SUSPENSION
Dakar-Inspired Long-Travel Suspension
Built around serious off-road hardware, the 800X Rally uses 49mm YUAN dual-chamber fully adjustable inverted forks with 270 mm (10.6 in) of travel. Out back, a YUAN piggyback/external-reservoir shock provides 240 mm (9.4 in) of travel, with adjustable preload and damping. The suspension was developed and tuned with KOVE's rally program for high-speed terrain, rocks, ruts and jumps.
ERGONOMICS
Rally-Ready Ergonomics
The 800X Rally is built around a tall, standing-focused riding position, with an approximately 890–895 mm (35.0–35.2 in) seat height, high-mounted front end and rally-oriented cockpit. Its 21/18-inch wheel combination, high front mudguard and minimalist bodywork are designed around aggressive off-road riding rather than passenger comfort—the bike is intentionally configured without rear footpegs. A vertical 7-inch TFT display keeps the instrumentation prominent while riding.

Lightweight Rally-Focused Chassis
At around 176 kg (388 lb) curb/wet weight depending on market specification, the 800X Rally is exceptionally light for a 799cc twin. Combined with 293 mm (11.5 in) of ground clearance, a 21-inch front/18-inch rear wheel setup and a substantial aluminum skid plate, it is designed to carry big-bike power deep into terrain normally reserved for much lighter machines. The 20-litre fuel tank is centrally positioned to help maintain consistent handling as fuel is consumed.
