Refund Policy
1. Overview
This Refund Policy explains how returns and refunds work when you buy from PCR E-Performance Ltd, whether that's a motorcycle, parts, or accessories. It should be read alongside our Returns page, where you can submit a return request, and our Terms & Conditions, which cover cancellations in more detail.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
To be eligible for a refund, items should generally be unused and, where possible, returned in their original packaging, within 30 days of purchase. Faulty, not-as-described, or damaged-in-transit items are eligible regardless of these conditions, in line with your statutory rights.
Please note that whether the 14-day statutory cancellation right applies depends on how you purchased — online/phone orders are treated differently from in-person showroom purchases. See our Terms & Conditions for the full detail.
3. How to Request a Refund
Please submit a request through our Returns page, including your order number, the part number/SKU, and the reason for return. Having these details ready speeds up processing considerably. We'll review your request and confirm next steps by email, usually within 1-2 business days.
4. Refund Processing & Timeframes
Once we've received and inspected your returned item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 14 days. You'll receive an email confirmation once the refund has been issued. Please allow a few additional days for it to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.
5. Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for a refund unless faulty or not as described:
- Parts that have been fitted, installed, or used
- Items that were specially ordered or custom-sourced for you
- Items returned outside the eligibility window without a valid reason
If you're unsure whether something qualifies, get in touch before returning it and we'll advise.
