UNUSED CONDITION

Parts should be unused and in original packaging where possible.

RETURNS ARE DONE THROUGH YOUR ACCOUNT

Sign in with the email address you ordered with. No password needed, we'll email you a code.

STEP 1

Open your order and choose Request return.

STEP 3

Select the items and tell us the reason.

STEP 4

We'll email you once it's approved, with where to send it.

Item faulty, damaged or need to return?

WHAT HAPPENS NEXT

We'll review your request and reply by email, usually within 1 to 2 working days. Please don't send anything back until your return has been approved.

Return postage is paid by you unless the item is faulty or we sent the wrong part. Once your return arrives and has been checked, approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 working days.

Motorcycles, and parts that have been opened, fitted or used, can't be returned.
